Refund Policy

At Sync Outpay, we strive to deliver the best travel experience. However, we understand that cancellations may occur. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while considering agreements with airlines, hotels, and local operators.

1. General Refund Terms

  • Refunds are processed only if the cancellation request meets the eligibility conditions stated below.

  • Refund amounts may vary depending on the time of cancellation and third-party policies.

  • All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

2. Cancellation by Traveler

  • 30+ days before departure: Eligible for up to 80% refund (excluding non-refundable fees).

  • 15–29 days before departure: Eligible for up to 50% refund.

  • Less than 14 days before departure: No refund (in most cases, unless otherwise specified).

3. Cancellation by Sync Outpay

  • If we cancel a tour due to unforeseen reasons (minimum group size not met, safety concerns, etc.), travelers will receive a 100% refund or the option to rebook for another date.

4. Non-Refundable Services

  • Visa fees, travel insurance, and certain promotional packages are strictly non-refundable.

  • Airline and hotel policies may affect refund eligibility.

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 14–21 business days after approval.
